That's what I think as well. Coming back from injury he and Burrow have been just a bit off, but once they get back on the same page he should feast when teams roll coverage to stop Jefferson and Chase.

Everyone is looking at all contributing X-Factors, and I think Joe will have a breakout game. Lots of runs to throw the GA D off, and then strike with passes to multiple players.
