I would say my favorite player to ever put on the purple and gold is Jarvis Landry. Too soon? Maybe, but the guy is an incredible person and tremendous football player. Best hands I have ever seen catch a pass in Tiger Stadium (I know, I'm young).

What say you?

Too many favorites to name just one but I wouldn't say too soon on the Landry pick. The man has made some amazing catches in his time here. Any time I hear his name I think about that backwards diving, one handed grab all while keeping it inbounds against Arkansas!!

Probably Alan Risher. Not because he was great by any means, but more due to the fact he was the QB when I was a youngster beginning my LSU fanhood.
