Vernell Singleton. He was overshadowed by plenty of bigger name players in his time but was consistent and always clutch.

I know we all liked him and understood he was a great leader but I’m not sure people realized how good Skylar Mays was at LSU for 4 years.

I always thought Derrick Taylor was underrated. So solid with the ball and a damn shame the three point line came in a year after he graduated. He was deadly from the top of the key.

Darrel Mitchell

Spent most of his senior year running the point and still put up good scoring and shooting numbers. Also one of the most clutch shooters we had.

If we're using the dictionary definition it's Ben Simmons.

Good call, but I would go with Kenny Higgs.

This.

#2 is Clarence Ceasar, the Darius Days of the 90's.

For coming out of nowhere to being a major contributor, I will go with Darryl Joe.

Unheralded out of junior college, he started day 1 at guard for the entire 86-87 season and was a major contributor on an elite 8 team.
