LSU has already beaten all the teams that used to kill us in those down years....except

FLORIDA STATE

I'd love for a couple of 10-2 teams to meet in NOLA

Then we use the momemtum of that to go 14-0 in 2013

USC then Michigan. We've crushed Notre Dame already. I wanna see us batter around Denard Robinson.

If Alabama drops a game to Georgia by some miracle...then some bowl out there oughta set up a re-match just for justice's sake.

Boise lost. Not even ranked. 0% chance they make the BCS.

Here's my reasoning on LSU versus Boise in the Sugar Bowl- it would be the most talked-over game other than the BCS championship this season.

Don't think so? Well, I agree we could face a better opponent, but we are the perfect argument against the Boise/TCU Cinderella sentiment.

Lou Holtz loves to sputter against us, but he's also old-school. I honestly could see him making the point that if you took LSU out of the SEC and put them anywhere else, we might be undefeated going into the bowls in all but 1 of Les Miles' seasons. But we're not, and we play Bama and Florida (and each eventual BCS champ), and so our record is lower than Boise's, but not even by a lot... and this is why teams like Boise should get left out. Because we shouldn't reward teams that don't earn their way into bowls.

and then we go out and prove it in the game

Boise lost week one. I would have to say USC, but that is completely unrealistic. I would love to thrash Notre Dame like we did in 2006. LSU vs Notre Dame Sugar Bowl massacre part 2

I am very proud of this team. Guys we are not out of this yet. We are 7th in the BCS. The way I see it, if we win out, we will get a rematch or at the very least be in the Sugar Bowl. The rematch is a stretch, but weirder things have happened. If those teams that are in front of us lose, you can bet we have a rematch. If not we can go to the Sugar Bowl and beat Florida State, Notre Dame, or Clemsons arse. Either way I am happy.

If it's Sugar than the highest ranked team, whoever it may be

if it's Cap One I'd love a Nebraska-LSU matchup so LSU could destroy them and we could all rejoice!!

USC

They have 3 losses. What bowl could we even play them in? If they somehow make the Pac12 title game they can only go to the Rose.
