Who are the top pitching coaches and are they attainable?

Scott Brown from Vandy is up there and I don’t know.
Also maybe Justin Parker from Indiana

Childress, former HC of A&M is a hell of a pitching coach, and definitely available.
Sean Allen from Texas had an amazing staff this year, but he's been with Pierce almost a decade. Not sure if he'd want to leave.

Several have mentioned the Southern MS coach (Ostrander?).
From what i've read on here, Childress or him would be a top shelf hire.

According to AYS(Blake Ruffino), Jay Johnson already has his assistants selected and wants to announce it after the press conference Monday. He mentioned that Jay Johnson asked staff to keep secret until then.

Someone else on TOS said that he has them selected, also, and that "we will be happy with his choices."

Why does every other somebody keep mentioning coaches from Vandy, don’t people understand they are on top of the college baseball mountain right now and have the #1 recruiting class coming 21, seriously would a asst coach leave or presumably wait on a head coaching offer there
