Yeah, but he really didn't have a good career at LSU like these other guys. He really took off in the NFL, nothing wrong with that, he was still successful. A lot of LSU players that have so so careers while there go on to the NFL and still make it and excel. Shows you the talent that LSU has. I look for Dwayne Thomas to do the same thing. He was up and down in his LSU career, but has played like a DB beast these last few games. He should do well in the NFL.

I love these lists. It's like LSU football didn't exist (outside of Casanova) before 2002.
Jerry Stovall won the Walter Camp award, was 2nd in the Heisman voting, was a unanimous all american, two time first team all SEC, NFL all pro and three time NFL pro bowlers, was the 2nd pick overall in the NFL draft and hasn't made one list on here yet.

I think Aranda was smart enough to play thonas to his strengths. He is really good at playing downhill. Blowing up screens and corner blitzes. Not great at covering vertically.
But I don't see him sticking with any NFL WR.
He was toasted consistently

Did you just say a 1st team All-American was hot garbage?

Eric Reid was never hot garbage, man. Stop hating because you hate the fact he supports Colin Kaepernick. lol

no im hating bc i remember the season. He wouldnt be the first player to win awards solely by what he has done in past

Left off three-time All-American? Cool.

Chad Jones has his place in LSU history but I dont think he's top 5.
He's worth a mention, however.

We have a lot retards in our fanbase so I would not be surprised.
I remember him be a rock in secondary that a lot of talent. The USC, bama and a&m games come to mind

not 2011 (probably his better season though)

he was really good the second half of 2011 when he got PT. Had a great sophmore season. Junior season spent alot of time chasing people from behind. he got burnt alot that season. Big hits or nothing.

pp7... never really tested except when psu burned him twice
pp7 was one of the better DB's I've ever seen play CFB. Not sure where you're headed w/ that line

Stovall was before my time but weren't his college accolades b/c of his play at HB? Not arguing with his overall greatness but I didn't think he bloomed as a DB until he played in the NFL?
Posted on 12/12/16 at 3:31 pm to tubucoco

reid
TM7
Claiborne
