The LSU BOS is completely incompetent and highly apathetic to the Miles situation.

Which leaves, of course, LSU President King Alexander as the only other entity that can reign in Alleva and keep him in check - except when you realize that Alexander is from Cal State, has zero ties to LSU or Louisiana, and has only been at LSU for two years. He has no idea what's going on, which is why he's giving Alleva unfettered control of this process.

I see at least 6 former players on that Board of Directors. Plus one former baseball player (HS friend of mine) and one fried chicken magnate.

Doesn't matter.

TAF is going to make this hire. That's where the money's coming from. They don't trust Alleva not to frick this up any more than we do.

Fifteen million for Todd Graves by himself is probably a walk in the park.

Heard Gordy talking about how he was on the board Monday morning and I was shocked. Make sense though. Also said he can't comment on anything that is going on

IIRC, Weems is the one who interviewed and hired Miles

Am I wrong, but didn't Graves graduate from UGA? I know that Canes started here and he does a lot for LSU, but I would have imagined the Board of Supervisors would have all graduated from LSU.
