Of course not, but if this was Harris who led this break-in, we would be guaranteed that Harris wouldn't see the field unless it was mop-up duty or Jennings getting injured.

He won't be. And neither will Jennings

Jennings may be suspended... he may not. Anyone who expects Les to make a definite statement to either end is fooling themselves.

You'll know by the end of the McNeese game if he has been suspended, and not before.

I'll be sick. Cured only by copious amounts of red bull, jello shots and goldschlager.

Where did you think this argument was gonna go baby genius???!!

So how many of Jennings golden performances would mark above that one from Harris??

You're welcome buddy. And FTR I hope Jennings isn't suspended. Not because I think he's any good, but because I don't think he did anything to warrant a suspension

Plus I genuinely enjoy how miserable him playing QB makes so many grown arse men.

But if he is the QB going into MSU then LSU could be in big trouble... And then IF LSU and AJ shits the bed against MSU, does LES pull a fast one and THEN put Harris in for AU?????

This would be absurd in a normal world, but shite, I didn't even think of this possibility. Start Harris against top 5 Auburn again and if he doesn't deliver Miles will go right back to Jennings who will average a stat line of 120 yards, 1 Td, and 1 Int the rest of the way.

It's retarded to think that Jennings gives LSU the best chance to win, when he wouldn't start for literally any other Div I school.

If Harris is worse (which he clearly isn't), then we have by far the worst two - 4 star QBs of all time.
Even if that was the case, Jennings shouldn't be playing QB, unless something relatively dramatic changes with him over the Summer.

You can scoff all you want, but running the Wildcat with Donte Jackson at QB would yield more than 11 TDs from the QB position.

Welter -> Beckwith.
Keep explaining please. My ignorance has been ignited by your fancy tirade

Welter is a perfect example of how Miles couldn't see who was giving us the best chance... For double digit games people complained about Welter yet there he remained. When they finally switched, do we need to refresh you on the results? People may bitch, but there not always wrong.

I love people who put the Welter Beckwith argument out there. Beckwith was and will always be more talented. It's not that Miles did not know that. At one point we put Beckwith in early last year and he turned 360 degrees on one play. He had no idea where to be and Welter was put back in.

Obviously the light came on for Beckwith and HE STARTED but don't act like it was just so obvious from the first play that Beckwith should be starting.

At no point did I think Welter was capable of being a successful MLB in the SEC. If you did, you weren't watching. Yes Beckwith was inexperienced but play him and get that experience.... Easy choice to me. Not making it soon enough cost us a lot of yardage.
Look at the stats. Very obvious

Welter had more than his fair share of these

there are so many fricking morons on this site its ridiculous

why should he be suspended? no charges and he went and got his own shite back... could it have been handled better? of course it could have, but that doesn't mean he deserves a suspension

shite, hillar moore even said that charges would have never even been filed if he wasn't a football player.

everyone here acts like they were never young adults and made stupid decisions. that doesn't mean he should be fricking locked up or suspended a game, and who gives a frick? its McNeese, probably the best place for a qb competition, both can get plenty of snaps and it wont matter.

by the way, I am completely pro Harris, from what I have seen is the better QB, but just because I like Harris better does not mean I think AJ should be suspended.

eta: I've never seen a group of people hate on someone who literally bleeds for LSU daily, its ridiculous

im not a Jennings or Harris guy...im a "let the best player start" guy. for some reason i get the feeling y'all would rather have Harris play and lose than Jennings and win.

if Harris starts....fine because i think he has more potential
if Jennings starts....fine, hope he learned to throw to more than one receiver.
