There's about 5 total people up here who care about CFB in my estimation. I'd go somewhere in Locust Point of Fed Hill. City Limits is a great spot, Riverside Taphouse is pretty cool also

I used to love the ESPN Zone in the Inner Harbor, but its long gone.

take the train up to Penn Station in NYC and walk over to Legends....

Had a seafood platter at a place called Phillips on the harbor, recommend.
