I know this is early, but I'm trying To plan a trip down in November for Alabama, and It'll be my first trip with an RV, so I have a lot of questions. If this is more suited for ticket exchange I'll gladly RA to move but I'm not only looking for a pass, but looking for answers to questions. Any help is appreciated and you're all welcome to some beer at my RV in a few months

1) What sort of cost should I expect? I know it'll be the most in demand weekend.

2) I will be bringing a fairly large RV. It's a Class A. 60' if memory serves me correctly. I could be off on that figure. It's not my RV, it's a relatives so I'm not completely familiar with it but know it's on the big end. I don't know if this matters or not, I'm not sure if there are size limits in the lot
?

3) I'm guessing this is a yes but just to make sure, there's a post to hook up electric right? The RV has Dish installed in it so I don't need to worry about hooking up cable, as long as I can get electricity.

4) when can I set it up and when do I have to leave?

Any answers or guidance to anything would be great

I don't remember seeing power or water hookups in the RV lot...it is basically just parking lot and cow pasture that they sell the parking in. most all use generators and you have to pipe the exhaust upward due to the proximity to others.

you can check LSUsports.net to see when you can arrive....

I am not sure what these passes will be selling for, but they are about a hundred bucks a game face value if I remember right...

The Ticket Exchange here on TD is always a good place to look for passes.

1) Cost - to be honest, my wife sends in the check for our tix and passes. As was said, IIRC, it's around $100 per but buying a single game pass from an individual may be a bit higher, especially for the Gump game.

2) I think your memory may be failing you on length. The longest I'm aware of is around 45'. However, not aware of any size limits on parking, per se.

3) No, absolutely no hookups for power nor drainage so be very prudent with bathroom usage, sink, showers. All of the guys at ours typically use the port-o-lets and let the women have free use of the air conditioned bath. The holding tanks will fill up much faster than you think. If it's any RV worth it's salt, it has an onboard generator that is large enough to handle all built-in load (HVAC/fridge etc) and a lot of additional load (TV/Sound/Satellite/). And, make sure it has the exhaust extension for the generator - absolutely mandatory.

4) You can set up Friday evening after 5:00 and leave Sunday. We're usually out by noon or shortly thereafter so I don't know how long they would let you stay before they forced you out.

1-FV is about $150-$200. Mark up on after sale will be at least double that for Bama.

2-doubt its 60 ft, but all sizes are same basically.

3-No hook ups. Run generators, etc.

4-You can arrive Friday afternoon after students leave and you have to leave Sunday.

I like the TouchDown Village lots. But my favorite is the old Alex Box lot staring at Tiger Stadium. The Vet lots are too far removed IMHO.
