French Quarter Fest could have something to do with the crowds this weekend?

You admitted yourself that you were happy to pass physics with a C.

I'm coming down for Bama, but that's probably all I can make. I will be at all of the SEC tourney games, which I make each year since I moved here.

Play better baseball and more people will show up. Pretty simple.

You see your first game with Nola throwing and you come to the conclusion after seeing two college games, one with the most dominate guy in the college game, that college baseball is about average throwers?

You guys drank too much last night!

Yeah, because winning 7 in a row after sweeping Miss St last weekend and being ranked in the top 10 is just not acceptable to LSU baseball purists.

well your causual baseball fan doesnt get pumped up to sit there for 3.5 hours and see LSU get 5 hits. There were maybe 2000 people left in the 9th friday. People are bored.

Baseball bores the hell out of me so I don't go unless I am looking to take a good nap.

People think the team isn't good even though we've been winning.

Do "causual" (sic) baseball fans continually renew their season tickets at a 99% rate?

FTR, I don't know why there are so many no shows. It's got to be frustrating to the coaches and players, too. And the administration.

At some point if actual attendance remains low as a percent of tickets sold, we will eventually start seeing more season ticket holders not renewing their tickets.

I think part of the reason is many fans only keep their season tickets in order to be able to get regional and super-regional tickets.

I would like to see an attendance requirement for a season ticket holder for that person to able to renew his season tickets. Something reasonable, like the tickets must be used for at least 75% of the home games in order to renew.

LSU sells 10,000 tickets per game. They dont care about actual attendance.

I agree. And I would call these people casual fans.
