When you go to a football game where LSU is not involved, do you wear LSU colors

or the colors of the team of the person that brought you?
For instance, say that on the West Virginia weekend you were to attend a UT game. Would you wear your purple and gold?

yes. I wear LSU colors everywhere. We go to the Sugar Bowl every year and wear Purple and Gold no matter who is playing.

Yes. I wore LSU gear to a USF game last Saturday. I got a few "Geaux Tigers" from people while there.

I don't go to football games where LSU is not involved.
I take a solipsistic view of college football... Other teams only exist so LSU has somebody to play against.

Unless you're a fairweather fan who doesn't really care much, you'd wear LSU. Myself, I have no desire to go to any other games. Maybe if I lived out of state and was invited I could understand it. But I'd wear LSU. Never will I wear another teams colors.

I get in snarky comments when I wear LSU gear to Saints games.
It's not intended actually. I usually just didn't have a batch of Saints gear washed in time.

Thinking about it, I've never been to a game where LSU or Saints weren't involved.

i go to just about every Bama home game, and usually wear the colors of whomever they are playing, except when that is Auburn.

I wear crimson and white when my Gump wife brings me to a Bama game. I don't care that random people know where my loyalties lie. The people I am with know I am just going with the flow.

Ha, what a hayseed point of view. I think I just made that up, but it sounds like something some non alum 'tard would say.

I did once, tho not on purpose. In 2003, I was visiting someone in Austin who scored last minute tix to the Arky-UTx game.
Last minute enough that I sported my LSU gear into DKR stadium and sat in a sea of burnt orange.
Questions about my getup soon gave away to exasperation as Matt Jones carved Bevo up. Dudes kept asking how Arky could do mighty Texas like that, especially Jones.
"those SEC schools are pretty good, you know," was my standard (and correct) reply.
