What's the Rant's consensus on Sports Today with Cholly, Jimmy...

and Derek Ponamsky-of-Bayou-Bengals-Insider-Dot-Com? (gotta be a record for the longest last name in sports-talk radio history)
Personally I wish I could listen to it or stream it at my office but I'm on and off the phone too much to be able to pay attention during the day in doing what I do.
What's everyone else's take? They seem to reel in good guests and I love the sports knowledge accumulated on that show.

i really enjoy hanagriff and ponamsky. during football season i listen to their wednesday night show every week.
Ott is ok. I'm not the biggest fan but they seem to go well together.

I like it. I can't wait to listen everyday during football season. Like Derek better on there than I thought. I knew he would have a great insight on recruiting but his knowledge extends beyond that. All 3 pretty fair on their opinions on things.

Ott is much better with them rather than by himself. It seems like Charles keeps him on a short leash when it comes to talking about things like food and dog/horse racing. I enjoy the show.

I wish they would add an hour and start at 10 into that douche cowherd's time slot. They have a pretty good show and I love that they talk about more than lsu sports. Its already about 100x better than mascona's show.

Not only the best local show currently but the best local show since Hannagriff had his own show way back when in the late 90's/very early 2000's

All I ever hear Ott talk about is eating and plugging whatever restaurant they are broadcasting the show from. Based solely on his plugs, Ott must eat at 90 different restaurants a week.

I love the show .. That show blows Moscona away .. Hanny and Jimmy are vets locally and Derek is solid .. Moscona was literally "created" by Guaranty .. He's had more promotion, resources, and money thrown behind him than anyone ever in BR .. They need to put those $$$ behind this show ..

Ott and Hanny did a show together in the mid 90's that ran for quite a long time. I would expect their chemistry to be pretty good.

You have the best local Sports guy in the biz (Hanagriff) combined with the most "connected" (Ponamsky).

GTG .. Those guys have fricking forgotten more about sports than Matt knows .. and none of them fake their voices or are in love with their voices ..
