I watch the game. I buy 3 seats and sit in the middle one so i can leave the ones on each side of me empty because i don't want to be bothered by LSU fans.

Just for info, we had 9 pitchers with sub 3.00 era and 7 batters with + .250 batting averages during fall ball.

all those great pitching stats are helped greatly by pitiful hitting. you people don't pay attention. you just look at what you want to see. but everyone will be on the melt come mid season because we suck.

Knowing the quality of our pitching, having 7 batters with +.250 batting averages against one of the best staffs in the SEC bodes well for us.

An objective, honest answer would be that no one will know until they start playing game, and probably not even until they are halfway through the SEC schedule. The pitching staff will be dominate. The offense is almost a complete unknown. I would say the upside is another top 8 national seed (that is probably if the offense really develops and becomes formidable again with new players) and the downside is a team that makes a regional but doesn't host (that is if the offense is putrid but the pitching carries them).

Hosting a regional would be about the highest you should expect from this team and thats if the starters are lights out. Good news is all our arms will be back for 2017. This is definitely a rebuilding year.

those averages of whoa .250+, (you do know .250 sucks don't you?) were against the rag arms that you'll never see pitch this year. hopefully.
