Will be cooking Picanha on the keg later this afternoon. Going to have a little garlic bread and maybe some sweet corn for sides.

I did 2 Boston Butts yesterday for the wife to bring to a company party and also put together a 20 lb. casserole of baked beans to go with it that is currently in the oven heating up.

I'll slowly heat up the pulled pork in my Nesco for her to take with her when it's time to leave.

As for me, I'm having a cold beer and will put together a Muffelatta later today----and hope she comes home with some leftovers from the office party.

A pack of Ramen noodles and Beluga Caviar served with a glass of tap water and a glass of Romanee-Conti.

Edit: scratch that glass of tap water. Couldn’t pay the water bill so instead it’s a glass of water from the neighbors garden hose.

Ah, a true gourmet in our midst. Nothing tastes quite like tap water coming out of a rubber hose on a hot summer day.

Preferred 2 to 1 over fresh spring water consistently.
