It feels odd not being worried, even in the smallest sense of the word, going into Jordan Hare.

So my question to yall is what kind of apocolyptic occurences would have to take place in order for LSU to lose this Saturday?

i bet the first person that replies in this thread (if it isn't me) says 'if the other team scores more points than us'

ETA: i was almost right... people are so damn predictable

Just a lack of focus.

Despite their recent woes, Auburn is a talented team. They will be playing with great desperation.

Look at what happened last week when a ranked VT team went on the road to play a horrendous Pitt squad.

One lapse is all it takes.

Playing @ Auburn is a big deal. Metts first road start. First SEC game.

I think there are things worth being concerned over.

Tigers start slow and Auburn gets a couple scores early. Throw in a turnover and you've got a problem.

Agreed. I dont care who it is, you cant overlook anybody . Especially another SEC opponent. If we come out flat, make a lot of turnovers, I say 4 to 5, lots of penalties and just not focused , buddy it can happen. Look back at LSU's losses to UAB, Miami of Ohio under Arnsparger and Tulane in Tiger Stadium under Stovall just to mention a few and you will realize that any given team can truly be beaten on any given day.

This. If we play sloppy, commit a lot of stupid penalities and turnovers, and get in a hole early, then it could be a long night.

Also, don't forget about the officials.

If LSU comes in and plays their game no amount of bad officiating will be able to slow that pain train down.

If LSU doesn't absolutely dominate it will be no ones fault but their own.

Penalties killing drives.
Turn overs are drive and game killers
Not taking opponent seriously
Auburn needs a win here to keep their train on the track, they will pull out all the stops.
that being said i don't think they match up on defense to stop our running game especially in second half. Our defense should be able to shut their offense down. we win special teams battle as well. Yeah guess it would take complete meltdown.

Anywhere from $100,000-$180,000 is what it took last time they beat us.

This. Not that what I think has anything to do with the game, but I never overlook Auburn, particularly playing at Auburn.

Annie Wilkes would have to 2x4 ware, ford, hilliard and hill for this not to be a certified illegal and punishable rape in jordan hare...

This is what slightly worries me. I keep overlooking playing Auburn at their house. Of course that means nothing, I can overlook them all I want, I'm not playing. I just hope the team isn't doing the same but I have confidence that Les & Co. have them focused.
