Assuming he starts at wither SAM or WIL next year what type of an impact do you see him making?

Hope he beats someone's arse out. You would have to think he'd most likely play OLB this year if he can move well enough to do so. Maybe like a young Kelvin Sheppard. Start OLB young and become a guy that can play either, ending career as dominant MLB.

Too heavy for OLB. From what I've heard, he has found the spoon...

Will need his approximate mass and acceleration speed to correctly determine.

I'm not sure but the guy looks HUGE on the sidelines. Had the chance to talk to him for about 10 minutes one time and he was a really nice guy. Definitely "has the want" to get in. Rooting for him.

We will see when he plays. How could you possibly predict why he will do? That's a waste of time.

TampaTiger22 is correct, until he plays who knows. The heat excuse was somewhat disturbing, then he was in Baton Rouge longer to get used to the heat as it cooled down and still didn't play. Frankly I don't know if I have ever heard the heat excuse anywhere else. Pocic is bigger and from Illinois as well....he played as a true freshman as an OL.

Having said that, I hope Clifton can perform at a high level and he may just do that. You never know with Les, perhaps he was nicked or perhaps he needs to develop, or perhaps he isn't that good. We will see in time.

I haven't been overly excited with Steele, but a fresh approach from a coordinator/position coach could do wonders. His size might be valued more than Chavis who liked the very light linebackers.

I think this will tell the tale for CG.
