Everybody wants to get a new coach ask Tenn Vols fans about hiring a new young mind, he has sunk a once dominate program to new lows.

Well said. Our '03 and '07 championships both came with smart, competent game manager QBs running the offense.

That was done before Dooley by Kiffen who has continued it at USC.

Are we talking about the guy that was neck and neck for the starting role at UGA with the guy that threw for 427 and 5 TDs in today's bowl game? The one that racked up incredible stats in his year in JC? Maybe, just maybe, we need a new OC? And an OL coach?

At LSU, the better QB is always the backup QB, isn't it? but I see what you mean, and I wanted to see Rivers getting some meaningful playing time myself as well.

Well, Rivers couldn't get meaningful time if you can't blow out Towson, etc. Then again, Rivers wasn't exactly a highly coveted QB coming out of HS.

Nothing can fix this shitty offense! Nothing!

Mett and the entire team is at the mercy of a brain-dead offense.

We can't pass protect, our passing routes are very simplistic, and our power run offense seems always aimed at the teeth of the defense.

Likely bc we have kids like Jeremy hill, ware, hilliard, blue for a time among others. LSU has a wealth of talent at RB.

To hell with a HC, just find a coordinator who doesn't think "tote the rock" means you have to visit a quarry first.

We definitely need to replace the O-line coach, and we desperately need to replace the OC...wait, ain't it the same person? Lol. Okay good news so we only need to replace one.

His timing with his WR's was poor. Difficult to figure out where all the blame goes with that one. I highly expect that to improve next year.

Had a rough first year for his talent. Needs to improve pocket foot work. Would have had a much better year if RR had returned. It really hurt him having no big physical WR that could get off press coverage and separate. I think if we can get a physical WR to emerge and put Landry as the slot WR he will have a great year next year.

Oline will be better we had 2 freshman on the right side and a
Sophomore on the left. They will get better. Pass blocking is always harder to master than run blocking.
