We are looking at a cycle of success/failure and it sux. I actually like the hell out of Les but he has lost touch with the advancements LSU realized since 2001.

The U had the Coker effect and it is still very much in play today........

I don't want to see Les fired, but I would like to see him gtfo of the offensive planning along with hiring a new/cutting edge OC. Steele was also a very weak hire as DC. I'd like to see him coach the LBs and bring in a solid DC talent. Just have Les be the CEO coach he can be.

It's a game that kids (who I don't know) play. My life is defined by my career and family, not a game. That said, Les is done with championship level competition.

Actually, Saban has finished what he started. If Saban hadn't come back to our competition, the program wouldn't be in anyone's shadow.
