If a cop thought he was under the influence he would have FST him right away. I'm not a pot smoker but here people feel caffiene is worse than weed.

I was impressed by Harris' footwork during the FST, though...

OSP looks really bad on this one for sure, what does it take to actually get arrested there? One thing I know for sure, you couldn't get away with that behavior at LSU. Miles would have suspended all concerned for sure. Guess Chip Kelly doesn't have the balls or character that Les Miles does. I used to respect Oregon, and was looking forward to a great game, but now that this has come out it speaks alot about the character of a punk arse program with a gimmicky offense. Nothing will happen to Thomas, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Cliff Harris's suspension either gets totally removed or ends up being reduced to just the first half.

Here's to kicking their arse and teaching them the meaning of the word pain!!!

What? The first thing he asks him is who has the weed and also talks about his eyes being blown out later.

I am from here and I find the idea of driving at 118 on weed offensive. The good news is that DT repeatedly states he has not smoked the weed. Cliff may be staying on indefinite suspension longer than anticipated.

I've known for a long time that DT was in the car. The only revelation here is that weed was involved and it looks to me that Cliff was using it. Darron helped himself. I worry more about the impermissible benefit aspect. Likely, they will be cleared.

Remember, LSU fans before you say anyting. Sheppard was living in a house of an employee.

Second link has this tidbit

quote:

it's worth noting that Thomas has now been a passenger for Eddie Pleasant's speed-racing incident, the traffic stop that precipitated Jeremiah Masoli's departure from the team, and now the one that led to Harris being suspended for at least one game this season,

If'm a Orgeon player DT can't come anywhere with me

This is a flat out pretentious statement. Cliff is suspended and DT didn't do anything.

No. However, everyone else did. You aren't going to suspend him either.

I've got no problem with weed, but pretending DT said no thanks is naive.

I am not saying he wasn't smoking pot. However, he was not driving plus he is the only one saying he didn't. Are you going to suspend him? That would be a stretch. I was responding to a poster saying chip has no balls for not suspeding him. That is pretentious.

I, mean, really, let's suspend Thomas because he was in a car where college kids were smoking pot.

I wouldn't suspend him no. BUT with all the other stuff swirling around Kelly's head, combined with the fact that this DT's third time being a member of a traffic stop, it wouldn't surprise me if he was suspended
