If anything this reflect very poorly on Oregon Police... 118 mph, suspended license and weed, yet they all get to leave?

I was pretty surprised to but there are two things to consider. 1. The officer stated it did not appear that Cliff Harris did not have control of the vehicle and he passes a field sobriety test, thus the reason to let him go. 2. Regarding the weed, they pinned it on Cliff's cousin who was in the back seat and not a player. In Oregon, police have to find the drug to charge with possession. The smell alone is not enough and they can't pee test them either. Only field sobriety test.

Oregon is a very liberal state and Weed doesn't even raise an eyebrow unless what you have can be measured in pounds.
