I say we need a defensive turnover for a TD, big play on offense for a TD, or a ST play that results in a TD. If one of those happens and we get an early lead, the crowd will be rabid and I like our chances at that point

I don't know about everybody else, but I'd be happy with stringing together a few consecutive first downs, defense forcing some punts, and simply not falling behind early.

ST's, defensive, and big play offensive touchdowns? Might as well throw an onside kick recovery in there while you're at it.

We need to establish the run on the first drive and pick up first down. As mentioned, sustained drive to get ahead on them early.

we need bo to be bad bo and throw a pick that sets us up for a short field and easy TD run

Jennings can't routinely have 3 and outs, if so then we're toast

As stated above, we needs to sustain drives which means getting first downs. "Three and outs" can be like a turnover if it flips the field near mid field. For us to be in this game with a chance to win, I think we will need at least 20 first downs and no more than 2 "three and outs" and maybe 3 if we can otherwise control the ball. We can't start slow and fall behind early as has happened against good teams. We don't have the type of offense to make up big deficits.

We just need a big play to build some confidence early. If we can keep it close going into the 4th anything can happen.

At least flip the field and make them drive 80 to 90 yards...
