What it's like to be a Tiger fan right now after historic season:

Was just in Florida for 2 weeks at our timeshare: Treasure Coast, lots of "older peeps" like myself (go ahead, call me a boomer, although, technically, I am not one). Local biker bar where "everyone" goes, Earls's Hideaway Lounge. Sunday, they had a big concert with Victor Wainwright & Train. I wore my P&G LSU gear, yeah, I stuck out like a sore thumb amongst the biker gear, even where biker "colors" are forbidden. I WAS BOMBARDED! Sooo many people came up to me and said how much they enjoyed OUR TEAM this season: folks from FSU, UF, Tennessee, Bama, Miami, Arkansas, Michigan, NY, Canada, and those that had NO affiliation with a particular school! Some guy from Miami lobbied me to get JB9 to Miami Dolphins. I told him it was out of my hands 
A beautiful lady came up to me and asked me how proud I was of this LSU Tiger team. After talking for awhile, she told me she's an Alabama alum. We had a lot in common: spouses from PA and we both live far away. She was nothing but compimentary about our team. I was so proud - still beaming with pride for this team, this coach, this university. Great exposure.
Great time to be a Tiger!
A beautiful lady came up to me and asked me how proud I was of this LSU Tiger team. After talking for awhile, she told me she's an Alabama alum. We had a lot in common: spouses from PA and we both live far away. She was nothing but compimentary about our team. I was so proud - still beaming with pride for this team, this coach, this university. Great exposure.

I've gotten texts from friends in Cali that aren't even big sports fans, saying how much fun it's been to watch this team...
But those weren't as satisfying as the texts i've gotten from my FLA Gaytor friends saying goddammit they hate to admit it but except for the night we were kicking THEIR arse, they have loved watching the way we beat the crap out of everyone else...

I think the term NegaTiger was invented for me, and I haven’t had a single complaint since the first football game. I’m not even worried when watching basketball games now, either. Nothing but sunshine and rainbows from me.

I went all the way to Huatulco, Mexico...Practically Guatemala and the locals at the resort we stayed at would stop me every once in a while and raved about the LSU football team. Additionally, all the Canucks enjoyed it as well.

My 10 y/o here in Colorado has had 3 kids buy LSU gear so far. Such a likable team
