I think we should make a Q and A thread with all frequently asked stuff. This has been discussed daily, along with weather, game times, channels and whatever decision the rant doesn't agree with CPM on this week.

Not automatically, the committee would decide. They would most likely pick the highest seed, unless a lower seed was 2-0 in the regional.

Both teams forfeit. LSU advances to Omaha, in the absence of games this coming weekend the K-Lady will be performing an interpretive dance to the hit song "Call on Me" by Starley.

I don't think it's cut and dry like that.
The way I read the rule, if MSU wins the first game and they can't play the second, it goes to head to head.
Then, U.S.M. beat MSU earlier this year, so they'd be 1-1 at that point.

This the only thing I could find in the NCAA manual. I didn't find anything specific on how they reach a decision.
