This a counter to the downer of the angriest thread

There are quite a few happy moments

1) 2001 SEC Championship game 2) 1986 Game t get to the Final 4 against Kentucky 3) Beating Texas A&M in College Station in 1989 to go to the CWS 4) Beating Alabama in Birmingham, 14-10 in 1986. 5) Beating Auburn 17-9 at Auburn in 1970 when they were ranked #6 6) Beating Arkansas, 14-7 in the 1966 Cotton Bowl ending their 23 game winning streak. 7) Beating Ole Miss, 11-10 on Halloween night in 1964. 8) Beating Florida in 1997 when They were #1 9) Beating Auburn in 1995 when Troy Twillee intercepted a last second pass in the end zone to preserve a 12-6 win and started bringing the magic back 10) Beating Alabama in Tucaloosa in 1993 when TheTide had close to a 30 game unbeaten streak and the Tigers were 26 point underdogs. In all of those contests, LSU eras decided underdogs and that made it all sweeter.. one exception was 1964 -LSU vs Ole Miss as it was the first time that I saw the Tigers beat th Rebekah in person.

The championships were great, but a lot if those games built my connections to the Tigers.

My first game in TS was Auburn 2011. I remember being bummed cause TM7 was suspended for the game. Luckily Ron Brooks decided to go off. Plus Jarvis

#1 Florida at TS. Florida was a heavy favorite and Damn how Kevin Faulkner, Herb Tyler and company responded!

I won 6 cases of BUDweiser on that game.

!958 win over Ole Miss - Cannon for 89 yards and stopped Elmore on the one with the clock running out for the win. Also the win over Alabama and Bear Bryant In Birmingham that caused Bryant to finally retire. Thank you Dalton Hilliard!

Beating Alabama 9-6 and our band slowly walked out of BD stadium beating those snare drums as loud as possible with a huge contingent of LSU fans all around them, we were hooting and hollering and talking all sorts of shite it was amazing. there is like a 10 minute clip of it on YouTube somewhere, it is glorious

LSU-Ole Miss 1972....the Clock Miracle...Ole Miss fan sitting by me was waving his Rebel flag...Jones to Keigley happens...then Jones to Davis happens...my buddy lit that flag on FIRE with his lighter and we laughed until we pee'd on ourselves as that poor SOB was still waving that burning flag!!!

Hell no that ain't right!!!!!!!!
Nothing and I mean NOTHING could top 2004 National Championship win....Never...No way to ever top that since I had been waiting since 1958!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All great memories, folks. I love the Championships, but the upsets were more exhilarating as they were unexpected.

One great memory was thd 2000 National Championship in baseball as LSU looked dead through 7 innings and they fought back with home runs by Blair Barbier and Jeremy Witten to tie it up in thd bottom of the 8th at 5 to 5 and won it in the bottom of the 9th with Cresse's hit. Also there were some great defensive plays to bail out thd Tigers throughout the game
