What in the F is the deal with GeauxZone

I have a kid at Alabama, USMA and one at Boston College. I can signup for their radio broadcast on the App. My alma matter LSU in their usual half arse way I can't sign up via the app, I have to update the app for a nominal fee (no big deal) but then have to sign up on the regular LSU website to GeauxZone to use the app, but it keeps sending me in a circle, as follows: click your order, I click yes; pick your card, I pick it; then back to click your order over and over again. I finally gave up. I called the ADs office and they basically said yeah it's all messed up we get 20 or more calls a day but it's under contract we don't know what to do call some place called nmn sports. I was like never mind I'll just listen to the brain dead TV people. I mean Jezz wtf?????? How can every other school be so easy? This is hardly anything that would make me stop supporting LSU or make an issue out of but does anyone else have this problem? How can you not be able to pay for the audio

I don't know what to tell you. I'm not signed up for it.
Fwiw, it took me months to figure out SECN+, and I still can't steam live broadcasts on my phone, although it works on the desktop. I had to get Charter on the phone to get it set up. Was doing the same thing you describe (sending me in circles). Customer service rep had to override the setup process and create my account from their end.

It is crappy. Just like the stupid way they sell passes every year on a shitty website that can't complete transactions. Just like they don't have cold water, in Tiger Stadium for a game in September.

Geaux Zone problem has more to do with the SEC network and the ESPN contract more than what they are telling you. SEC wants you to use the SEC NETWORK.

Experienced with this problem and feel your pain -truly. I offer no help, only commiseration, for I simply moved on.

Not true....LSU has had extraordinarily difficult experiences setting up/operating new technologies ! This dates back 10-15 years now ! Their own IT people are incapable of designing/operating customer friendly systems and have LONG relied on OUTSIDE consultants and companies...usually with terrible results and quite costly to the Athletic Dept. WHY the simply can't access ON CAMPUS help, I'll never understand.
Seems like every "new and or improved" app/system or program, is actually beta tested on their OWN FANS !!

I had gz back in the day when they had video and mostly used it for baseball. Now that secn has the games I gave up on the annual battle with gz.

I signed up last week just minutes prior to the McNeese game, I could hear the radio broadcast just fine. The problem is that the radio was ahead of the HDMI by about five seconds. Hope you get it worked out.

I paid for Geaux Zone one baseball season. It was so terrible I just stopped using it. Never again.
