Leads the team in a few defensive categories. To me, that is living up to his hype.

The DE's have done fine. Perhaps no All Americans but they haven't hurt us. Remember. the Badgers two OTs already have early round NFL grades.

The DTs, well that is another story.

Right. He also forced the fumble that Deion Jones recovered on the 1-yard line.

LSU's awful statistics department gave Welter full credit for the sack and forced fumble. Hunter and Welter should've each been credited with 1/2 sack, and Hunter should've got credit for the FF.

DH also got the major penetration on that play that flushed the QB out of the pocket.

True

False: Welter hit him, and he was going down regardless of Hunter. Now, Hunter was the guy who blew up the play, but that has no bearing on who makes the tackle. Welter did.

Did you see the move he pulled early in the game to jump the snap? It was so fast, I think only half the stadium saw it.

I remember being stoked about this play and looking back at the scoreboard a couple of minutes later, not realizing they were showing a replay during the game, and getting excited all over again. My dad had to point me back to the field to show me another play was happening and that was the last one.

No. Welter made the initial hit on QB Jared Johnson, then Hunter hit him again on the way down, and clearly knocked the ball out. The replay was shown multiple times on the SEC Network.

1:24:48 -- clearly shows Hunter forcing the fumble.

1:25:18 -- shows it from a different angle.

Then each angle is replayed again.

He's statistically our best lineman this year. He's had a much better start then Ego or Freak had last year........

He is a physical freak but not exactly the next great DE. That's my opinion.

Anyone know how Jordan Allen is doing at Arizona? Sure could have used him this year.

He is doing well. I believe had a concussion during summer camp and missed some time but is in the rotation as a starter.

To quote Maximus' idea. If only he would pound the turf, then everyone would think he was awesome.
