JJ will be ok if he will realize his weaknesses as a coach and hire assistants that can teach.
JJ can focus on recruiting and LSU BB marketing. If he does not build a better coaching staff- then we are looking at as good as it is going to get

you're the fricking guy that was a smoke dick rider. Brady put the program back on the map, even if for the briefest moment. Jones is just taking tournament talent and putting us on the NCAA bubble

I guess you do not remember what Dale Brown left LSU bb with, almost the Death Penalty. The last four years of Dale we weren't even close to selling out. When stromile and Jabari were here I can remember some packed houses. Winning is what packs the house. Brady took over a dead program thanks to Dale Brown and the NCAA. Brady won the SEC on probation in his third year. He had some bad luck with injuries and NBA defectors otherwise he would still be here. If Tasmin Mitchell and Chris Johnson would have played Brady never would have gotten fired and we wouldn't even know who Trent Johnson was. Trent won cause Tasmin and Chris were healthy the whole year. CJJ will be fine he recruits the same type of kid Brady did, he just needs to hire a coach to help him during the games. Help is on the way. One thing about Brady's teams they always played good hard nosed defense every night. Brady had Kermit Davis and John Treloar help him, CJJ has no one who can help him coach during the game. The defense is inexcusable that is just playing hard and hustling. No matter the talent Brady's teams always played hard defense.

Is there help on the way on the bench? It's the only way Johnny can survive. Seems like a nice guy and he can obviously recruit but he's been AWFUL during games this season

Brady's teams appeared to care. TJ and JJ teams do not. Both coaches seem to not care as well. Brady always showed emotion. JJ is TJ right now except he has enough sense to stand during play.

I quit attending baseball coaches committee meetings when Laval was the coach. I kept paying the membership fees to support the program but I didn't go to any of the CC functions during Laval's last two seasons.
Brady was fired for good reason and you're still sucking him off.
