shadow staff is important.
I want to agree w/ that, but what exactly have they improved? The offense is at the bottom of the barrel and the defense isn't much better than last year.
Whoever these "analysts" are, they need to be on the chopping block too.

I think Sullian retires and Robinson goes to the NFL. Put the odds at the first at 99% and the second at 80%.
Ensminger could happily transition back to a position coach/assistant with no hard feelings. That's strictly up to Orgeron.
I think the 2 wildcards are Meatball and Joseph. But have contracts up at the end of the season. Both are ostensibly our top 2 recruiters. I could see Meatball going back to coaching OLB/DE. With Joseph, it was clear Sullivan was brought in to coach the WR's because he wasn't deemed ready to handle the job. Is he ready yet?

Do you mean Dunbar? He isn't on the Bama staff anymore.

Actually Ed should have to pay them out of his salary

You're going to the admins you need 800k for Steve's buy out and another blank check for an OC? That should go over wel
They just gave FrickingAlexander a raise and big extension, anything is possible.

Joseph ain’t no wildcard. He needs to be fired yesterday.

I'll happily trade Ensminger-Robinson-Joseph-Sullivan for Briles-Hull-Martin-Clements.
I'd trade first for a new S&C director and compliance director though.

OC is LSU's problem has been for 9 years now.

-Mickey Joseph: needs to go. He's a waste of a body on this staff. (Replacement: Cale Gundy or David Gru)
-James Cregg: looks like he has never coached before based on the o-line's play all season. (Replacement: Bill Bedenbaugh, Mason Miller, or GET Ed Warinner!)
-Steve Ensminger: hasn't score a point on Bama even when he was with Auburn in 2008.(Replacement: Kendal Briles, or Rhett Lashley)
-Jerry Sullivan: Mickey Joseph needs to go because Jerry Sullivan is basically doing his job. I would keep Jerry as an off-the-field analyst since he has great experience. Basically as an eye for Orgeron to trust the rest of this staff I'm proposing.
If Tommie Robinson doesn't recruit properly during the offseason, then he's gone (Idk that many running back coaches I would replace him with though, any suggestions?)
Tommy Moffitt needed to be gone last year. He better be out by the end of the season. We don't look like we can be physical the entire 60 minutes of a ball game.
