What can we do to get Freeman going?

Any rain dances? Voodoo spells? Haircuts? His speed is such a tremendous weapon--it puts so much pressure on the defense. He's used it fantastically to run balls down in the field, but dude needs to get on base somehow--anyhow. Hot and run is usually good for guys slumping because it opens up,more holes, but he's getting a steady diet of outside breaking balls and either whiffing on them or popping up. We desperately need him to figure it out.

Idk but he's in a real slump. I thought about bunting him when he goes up anytime someone's on base, but he's even been popping those up for outs. His defense has been stellar though!

He is pretty much a black hole in the lineup. 3 for 21 I think and it's not like he is hitting the ball hard like Kramer was doing. The dude has been straight up garbage.

I took a page out of the Bertman book on motivation and sent an extra 1.8 gal down for Cole this morning. The guy needs to flush the last 3 weeks and forget it.
