West Virginia sells beer in the stadium now...per my buddy at WVU

Yeah WVU sells Bud Light Yuengling and Morgantown Breweing Co. beer. The sales stop at i think 7:30 left in the 3rd quarter.

Unortunately they only sell to relatives of the beer vendors, which would include everyone in West Virginia. Of course we are shite out of luck.
