I honestly don't think this is going to cause more people to be drunk in the stands. If you want to be wasted at the game, you will be wasted at the game. All this does is reduce the amount of hard liquor sneaked into the game, the number of people binging directly before getting into the stadium, and the amount of people running out to binge drink at half-time (if they don't change that rule) while adding a revenue stream.

Honestly, how many of you wanted to be wasted at an LSU (or any other school that doesn't serve alcohol in the stadium) game but were not able to get drunk because you couldn't buy beer in the stadium?

A messege to WVU fans.....

You've brought this upon yourself. The Georgia Dome only served drinks to the UNC fans for a reason last year.

I bought beers there all the way up until the 3rd quarter.

I was exaggerating for effect.

Although they did stop serving drinks at halftime where I was sitting.

Gentlemen, I'm confident that we will have the opportunity to see the Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia based on these recent developments. In turn, if you are a genuine Down on the Bayou Coon arse it is your obligation to go up there, shoot whiskey all day, pass out at halftime, wake up just in time to vomit on someone's grandmother and get hauled off to prison naked and grinning while screaming "Tiger Bait!" at a twelve year old. I would hate for the nation to think we're slipping on a coast to coast televised game.

you guys are acting like WVU fans only drink water and milk during tailgates...

And pass outs will be eliminated...
