Boy, those percentages must be dropping.

Weekly I am smarter than the head ball coach thread

Yeah, I mean the team is struggling so badly, they should really look at the way they've been playing the game.

I didn't know we were beyond the 6th inning and didn't have the lead...

because we're #1 and that's good, but there's no number next to Miss St. so they must be #0

If the Rant coached the team, we would still be batting in the bottom of the first against Kansas, and Papierski would have 500 grand slams.

He tried to bunt and got to 2 strikes? You'd like him to attempt to bunt and possibly strikeout bunting?

Bunting is only smart if you have a poor hitter at the plate, or if it is a late-game situation and you're trying to get one of your better hitters to the plate with the tying or winning run in scoring position; because it would put a lot of pressure on the other team.
Bunting with a decent hitter at the plate in the 4th or 5th inning is always stupid in college baseball.

What a strange sequence that was. He took a first pitch strike then attempted a bunt on 2nd pitch and fouled it off. Combination of indecisiveness and poor execution.

This is where it should happen

And Krob would have made 300 gold glove plays and yet still batting .190
