Looks like the O-huggers are coming out of the woodworks over this win. We still look bad on the field. I'll give it to the defense, they came out and played hard all game - thanks Aranda.

Florida is a bad team this year, as we are, and we essentially tied them.

The beef with O and Alleva is not over.

Our problems are not solved by any means, but this is a step in the right direction.

The defense made some good progress and our offense made improvements. A little bit too conservative with the lead.

I saw improvement.

This isn't a bad Florida team.

They are pretty bad. They have the same issues we do

UF is not very good, but the play calling was better and the team played noticeably harder against one of our biggest rivals now. The same issues exist, but this was an enjoyable win.

Who said it was? Most of the posts I read basically are in agreement this game does nothing to change the fact O was not a smart hire.

If we give Auburn a game next week then I'll start to allow myself to get a little optimistic, but this game really is nothing to hang your hat on. I have no idea why the O supports are taking this as a watershed, I told you so moment. We looked just about as bad as we have all year on offense. The defense did show some life, so that's something, but again it was against a very bad offense. We'll see. I'll hope we don't get pounded in the arse next week.

9 for 16 passing and 125 yards not going to cut it against Auburn, Bama, & Texas A&M. The passing game is still an issue that will lose games for us.

players needed to learn how to win games and finish strong. that was the big takeway...Yeah I know florida is not the typical florida team this year. the players now have something to build on. That's huge especially with a young team.
