2 straight swing passes and a sack.........what are we doing? Wide open receiver, but JJ coils. JLee leads that pass.

I may have had too many 8.50 beers, but what opportunities? We got past mid field one time, after 3.5 quarters of football, Jordan Jefferson threw for 53 yards, was sacked four times, intercepted once and lost a fumble, we were hapless, the offensive performance was dismal, we didn't lose because we didn't capitalize on opportunities. The defnese stopped it from being 62-0.

Unless you consider the fact we got to run three play in a possession an "opportunity" I didn't see what you saw.

Still only 12 - 0 with 30 seconds left in the 3rd quarter. Where is this blowout I keeping hearing about? As terrible as we played, this fantastic Bama team was only up 12 - 0 at this point?

Even the balls JJ completes are uncomfortable. Team was completely lifeless.

3rd and 3 still a game and we run stampley dive....seriously? Just incredible. What about the KW flip play were we fake the handoff and flip outside. Would have worked great. Would have been a great spot for a fake punt and may have actually worked. It is like the team was in complete Zombie mode.

Get down to the 30.......finally, and still 7 minutes left..... terrible option by JJ, false start (unforced error again) to put us at 2nd and 18.....screen pass set up, but Ware gets tackled / held by gentry (blatant and terribly missed call)...should have been a 10 yard penalty and first down.........3rd and 18....just missed Landry across the middle down to the 5 yrd line (missed opportunity)....same play that Bama made 3 times on the night..we just missed it...4th down fumble.

Yeah, and herbie just chuckled when he saw that and didn't say anything....Gentry half tackled Ware on that play

AJ makes another great play on a scramble........TR finally breaks through against demoralized defense....this comes at 4:36 in the game.....once again....this almighty Bama team that is so clearly superior to LSU took all the all the way till the game was basically over to score a touchdown and put the game out of reach.

Kudus to Alabama. They made the plays and played nearly a perfect game. Best game ever by AJ, diving catches, no turnovers, and 1 penalty called.

After watching the replay though my belief that the differnce in these two teams is razor thin was supported. I honestly beleive they would split a 10 game series 5 - 5.

Can't wait for Nov. 3rd 2012 to restore the order.

Our playbook shrunk to the few plays they felt comfortable letting JJ run. Bama knew them all. None worked but we ran them over and over. The few passing plays were poorly executed. Throws horribly inaccurate. The option was never run properly. I am sure that Saban was on the sideline wondering why LSU gift wrapped the national championship game and handed it to his team. That is just the way that I saw the game.

You wanna break the game down like this? Dude Alabama screwed themselves out of makable field goals multiple times in the first meeting and threw an int with a damn hurt WR. Alabama's stud backup RB do it all left tackle and best WR were playing hurt in the first game and the WR didn't even play much of the second. Make fun of stats all you want but Alabama's stats blew LSU's out of the water in the games and Alabama's lines dominated LSU's lines. I won't even start on Alabama's "shitty" WR's and QB picking apart the LSU linebackers and even secondary. I like LSU and wish them well next year but there shouldn't be much doubt about this years outcome. Yeah yeah LSU board I'm a stupid Alabama fan......sorry for posting.

Go break down the film for me champ. Can you counter any of my post about he game? I gave tons of credit to alabama. Played great. I am just not seeing this great divide when you actually watch the film analytically. Look, it's my opinion. You have the crystal this year so you shouldn't care about my dumb views.

I don't think they are dumb. In fact they are probably accurate. But it's silly to say things like so and so should have had a sack. Alabama did the same things in the first game that would have helped them win. Hell an Alabama WR dropped a sure TD in the NC. It could have been much worse.

I like the way you think. Just imagine, you guys could start a 21 year win streak on us and tie the series.

2040's gonna be rough.

Congrats on the win.

Well, at least this forum hasn't told Bama guys that no Bama posters were welcome like you guys did to LSU posters after the 11-5 game, huh.

If anyone "can't take it", it seems to have been you guys.

Our boards suck. That's why we have so many on yours. Thanks BTW(zero sarcasm), the Rant is the best board in CFB.

Perhaps, but your football program stuffed ours on 1-9.

You can have this forum if you give us your title.

Sorry, don't feel like sifting through the thread, but...I have avoided rewatching the game or even flicking on ESPN since the game, but how close was the supposed horse collar on Ware and the fair catch interference called on Brooks? Not to claim it would have changed the game or anything, Bama outplayed us, but I was at the game and go figure they refuse to show the replay on a controversial call.
