We lose in the weight room every year. We'll have a few gym rats but for the most part our guys strength and conditioning is below SEC standards.

Easily could just be 2-2. All we are sayin is we have major issues that don't even start on the football field

Look at the teams we're 3-1 against. After next week, which is not an automatic win, who do you legitimately see us beating based on what you've seen so far

how do you propose Moffit force the guys to show up and force them to put forth adequate effort.

I'm not sure I have the answer to that question; however, I do know that Moffitt is paid to figure that out. It's been a long time since I looked at our roster of players and thought damn we look nasty. Our players are not being trained to compete at a high level and I'm mainly referring to the lines but it's starting to spread everywhere. Maybe other programs are getting a little extra help if you know what I mean but we aren't a physically dominant team anymore. If you think about why and how bama has won so many games it more about strength and conditioning than anything else. Our talent from a technical and skill perspective have been comparable in most years. We've been outmatched when it comes to pure strength and conditioning.

This has been obvious for the last five years, but Moffit gets a pass over and over again. There has been an evolution in strength and conditioning and our program missed the bus.

Fl, OM, TN, Ark and AtM. None of them are anything but average, at best.

When its one or two players then we can possible say its them but when its the entire team it directly points to the head man
