Been to going to away games for over 20 years. This is the most hostile environment I can recall. There were many nice WV fans last night that wanted us to have a great time like they did in BR last year. They treated us very well, but you know there are assholes everywhere you go. It seems like here the per capita ratio is much higher.

I love environments like that. Reminds me of 2003 Ole Miss. Love the hostile road games, it makes me jacked up as a fan.

I agree. That was the most heated weekend I've ever been a part of. Heard Blacksburg was pretty intense in, what, 2001? 2002? Thinking 2002.

02, I was @ that & wasn't nearly as intense I don't think as this will be, VT fans (Gobblers!) were pretty nice, didn't feel threatened any time!
