My gosh we were talented...

The game in 2012 in BR, we had that game won, 2014 we had that game too!!!

still hurts we gave these 2 games up

2012 game: we were 7-1 Ranked #5, Bama was #1 8-0

Mett at QB
Odell
Laundry
Kardon

Hill,
Copeland
Spencer
a couple TE's we never threw too though (sounds familar?)
several linemen went to the NFL

the passing in that game was great, the offense was fun to watch...

Mett had one heck of an arm...

Anyways, just excited that LSU is making some changes...

I love Football! I'm ready to see LSU back in it's right place of being ranked in top 10 all year long!!!

Good things are ahead

You can bitch about Les if you want to, but had he won the 2012 and 2014 games vs bama, he'd likely still have his job right now.

But he didn't and now he isn't. Time to move on.

But he didn't because LSU was never able to score over 17 against them the last 5 meetings (12.6 PPG). Afterall, he was an offensive oriented coach. LSU stayed close in spite of Les Miles.

I am glad we lost them then.

Saturday's are fun again.

Seriously, the last few years has been "shite, it's Saturday already?"

Now I find myself saying "Dammit, it's only Tuesday." Then, "Dammit, it's still Tuesday."

Seriously, the last 2 Saturdays have taken forever to get here. I like that feeling.

We were right there with Bama in those years. Then, guess what? Nick adapts to the times and hires Kiffin and Les hires Cam. End of story.

Honestly, Les Miles and LSU got f----- by the ESPN led Jihad in 2011.

Remember the BCS slogan -- "every game counts". Well, except for the one we said Alabama wins and were wrong about.

LSU completed the greatest regular season in college football history.
But at the end of the day, LSU had to beat Alabama twice whereas the Gumps merely needed a split.

Alabama had it's shot vs LSU in it's home stadium and lost. The do-over was perhaps the greatest screw job in the history of college football.
