What I've found so far.

250.00 per person at Deanie's French Quarter
all you can eat
215.00 per person at Absinthe New Orleans
all you can drink from balcony on Bourbon Street

100.00 per person at Dave & Busters (only 3 to 6 pm Unlimited food and drinks)

80.00 per person at Lula Distillery
all you can eat and drink from 5 pm to 11 pm

I'm sure someone can draft a better list but these are what I know.

Some of these show as free or pretty cheap. Some don't show prices (I'm sure Walkons isn't free to get in...?)

Great feedback guys! Thanks.
I just can’t decide if I want to pull the trigger on tickets or go to a bar in NO and watch.

I know for Saints games, you can’t get into there without a ticket. I don’t suspect it will be different for this game.

You can get into champions square without a ticket, i watched the saints v vikings game there yesterday. Its cool because they project what is on the jumbotron inside the stadium.

Not sure if they will do that for this game

The last time the super bowl was in Nola I think either the NFL or ESPN rented Walk Ons for two days for private events.

Not even sure what Lula is but that’s a good deal. I may look into that once I decide if I am coming in from Houston.

With Trump attending the game, will this be allowed? I’m sure they’ll want as large of a perimeter as possible.
