Thank god burrow fell in his lap and for aranda and brady/Ensminger. They coached and kept Ed from the bad press headlines.

Ed wasn’t the reason for 2019 and it’s highly possible it would have occurred without him, so no, Ed wasn’t the cause of it and wasn’t worth it.

I said that I could die happy as an LSU fan after 2019. Dominated from start to finish and only got stronger as we rolled into the championship and playoffs. As an LSU fan for 45 years, you get that once in a lifetime.

We got the best season ever out of it. I got to see 3 games in person: Florida, Georgia, and Oklahoma, and they were all awesome, 2 of them had the opposing fans exit early from Atlanta. If you had offered me this deal in 2018: "You'll win the national championship and have the greatest team ever next year, but the following 2 years will suck and Coach O will be fired", I would have taken it 100%.

Absolutely. You can’t have a better single season than that.

Going undefeated. Heisman. Beating Bama for the first time in 10 tries.

And we got RTWFU.

There are so many fanbases that will never experience anything close.

Yes without a doubt.

But separating from him in 2021 is also the right call
