What the hell are you talking about?
You try to discuss aspects of bar employees statements about the incidents differing from video evidence, and I'll chuckle while you do.
How's that?

if lowery's attorney is correct and no other witnesses are coming forward to testify against other LSU players, then yes Team Sweep has won.

So who is lying?
JJ's lawyer or the Shady's Employees????
The first has Lowery inside at the start of the fight, the latter has him throwing the first punch.

Dude, get back to me when you are ready to make sense.

since they said Lowery threw the first punch...and the video shows him inside, and JJ's lawyer says they were both inside for the start of the fight...you sir are wrong again. Unless you think JJ's lawyer is lying?
I'm guessing he misspoke on the radio, because here is what he says he has:
quote:
Meanwhile, Unglesby provided The Associated Press on Wednesday with a signed, written statement from Shady's employee Sean Berrigan, who said there was no fighting amid the crowd outside the bar until Lowery threw the first punch at another man who had asked him to leave the area.
Berrigan also stated he never saw Jefferson hit or kick anyone. His statement matched what another employee, Jordan Neldare, told the AP in an interview last week. However, like Neldare, Berrigan also said he did not see the entirety of the fight.
Another man, Chris Conroy, who is not a football player, also provided Unglesby a written and signed statement that the lawyer provided to AP. Conroy said he was struck in the face by Lowery inside the bar while he was dancing with a woman.
Unglesby said the woman to which Conroy referred is Elizabeth Siadous, who on Aug. 24 filed a petition in East Baton Rouge Parish Family Court seeking protection from Lowery.

To be honest, I'm not sure where the story from the radio came from...but if he felt their stories were an issue, he wouldn't be trotting them around.

What fight are y'all referring to?

10-15 players involved in a fight and only 2 got arrested. Team Sweep won.
10-15 people not necessarily all players. We only know of 4 players for certain. You should have just said you got Landry off because he was valuable or something. Supposedly the goal of Team Sweep was NOT to avoid prosecution for an actual crime though. Now you are saying it is?

So I wonder where this guy is? What's his story and why hasn't he spoken out?

What we have going on in this thread is a trial by rantards who don't know all the facts, but one side is proclaiming absolute innocence of JJ and the other side properly presuming innocence, by most anyway, and defending Miles'/LSU's decision to suspend two players, yet are being labeled haters and racists.
I think the JJ defenders here need to be more angry at Miles/LSU for suspending the players over the facts HE knows. Then decide to back Miles and LSU for Saturday's game and the rest of the season.
This thread is rantard-tastic.

The bar employees have been backed up 100% with video PROOF!
Well, first off, the video doesn't show AL getting thrown out. Secondly, it doesn't show AL punching anyone. Thirdly, the bouncers said they didn't know wether Jefferson was involved in the fight or not.
So exactly, how were they "backed up 100% with video PROOF!"?

Really so your logic is if there was any discrepancy between the stories he wouldn't repeat them? Then I assume you also feel that way about the police and Bienvenu correct?
There is also the fact that Unglesby is trying to say JJ was not involved in the fight while also arguing the severity of the injuries warranting 2nd degree. Seems to contradict himself.

I stopped here, because that's total and complete horseshite. I'm guessing you know that but posted it anyway.

In Baton Rouge Business Report today
Lewis Unglesby, Jefferson's attorney, provided The Associated Press with a signed, written statement from Shady's employee Sean Berrigan, who said there was no fighting amid the crowd outside the bar until Lowery threw the first punch at another man who had asked him to leave the area. Berrigan also stated he never saw Jefferson hit or kick anyone.

How exactly would it benefit his client to purposefully claim that there was an entirely separate fight happening outside while JJ and Lowry were inside, and yet also trot out as evidence in support of his client testimony by staff that suggests Lowry threw the first punch? He either completely sucks at this, or he was wrong when he said that on the radio.

Lowery exits well ahead of JJ on video.
He clearly exits in a different state of mind and/or inebriation.
I suspect U's point was JJ had nothing to do with the fight or its initiation. JJ had no part at all other than to try to stop it. Nor did JJ have any knowledge of the fight until he walked outside.
Don't know that I'd characterize either as "lying".

Team Sweep won. If you can't see it now, maybe you will when the 2nd degree battery charges are dropped against the JJs.
