Yea I agree they are homers for a few SEC teams Bama included. But, with our effort last night it made no difference. Even Garry made a few comments about Verne going off. And I swear CBS cut Vern's mic several times.

My god you people are pansies. We just got dominated and embarrassed on national TV and you're whining about the announcers.
We got outgained 2:1 and time of possession was 2:1. Henry ran for 200 and Fournette ran for 30.
What are announcers supposed to talk about?

I agree Verne and Gary probably do fawn too much over Alabama - but - Alabama has garnered CBS, by far, the highest TV ratings and the the highest number of college footballs most significant games. Alabama's earned a little praise.

Gary and Verne usually both act like they are sexually excited by Alabama football. Yes they sounded like they were getting Bama Johnson it's pretty sick to listen to.

I'm glad I read the entire thread. You said what I was going to say.
Each week you can count on two things. 150 posts complaining about the announcers and 150 posts wondering where someone can watch the game.
