Win the national title. What's that tell you?

We have a QB now and you're gonna see a much better team from here

That's stupid. We still have one of the biggest handicaps in college football, les miles.

Sounds like you should get a very high paying job in Vegas, given that you are smarter than their current handicappers.

Alot of you are going to be disappointed Saturday night. Why people still don't see that Miles is the problem is beyond me. Remember Jennings first real action against Arkansas? Remember Harris against State? Remember Jefferson against Georgia Tech?

That you found an old write up from the offseason.

Are those the same guys who said LSU would win by double digits against Wisconsin?

It doesn't take a genius to figure out miles. So in that regard, I guess I am smarter than the vegas handicappers.

The same Vegas that had us as nearly a double digit favorite over Wisconsin?

But you'll be so happy to see it, won't you?! Then you can get on TD real fast and tell us all how smart you were while we wrongly optimistic about the team that we love...

That they're waiting for LSU to drop a conference game before declaring them dead.

Seems pretty simple.

Russell, Flynn, and Mett were all pretty good. Heck, even Lee turned things around and had a good year in 2011.

You guys act like every program inserts a new great QB every year. Every program has guys flame out.

I wouldn't be happy you were wrongly optimistic, your blindly optimistic. Your the type of dude who catches his wife cheating, each time forgiving, blaming the different dudes and optimistically hoping it's different each time.

As far as I recall, we still have Leslie Miles so these Vegas odds are retarded.

Jennings against Arkansas:
LSU was down 27-24 with 1:00 left in the game.

Harris against State
LSU was down 34-10 with 13:00 left in the game.

Jefferson vs Georgia Tech
He still wasn't good.
16-25 for 142 yards and 1 TD.

Etling came in at the start of the 2nd quarter, and the playbook opened up. When Brandon and Anthony came in, the playbook was forced to open up because we were losing late in the game.

Hell remember Lee in 08? Heroic win against Auburn where he came into the game and was like a breathe of fresh air, did good against Miss St the next game, then completely shite all over the place in a 6.5 game stretch.

Jefferson was actually pretty damn good as sophomore, it's what happened after that. How did a guy who had the 2nd best first year start of any LSU QB this century (Davey's was the best), go to complete shite afterward?

Mett was awful against SEC competition the first half of the 2012 season, and while his second half was better, is was more so because his first half was so awful. He had dynamite 2nd half games vs Bama and Miss St, but fell back into the ruthless after.

Jennings had a great drive vs Arkansas, but just didn't look any good his one and only year at the helm. It's sad that he didn't even get to pass the ball last year at all.

Harris was on fired with the end of the Miss St game and the NMST game. It was actually less of a full game of play between the two, he was 17/23 318 yards 5 TDs and one desperation pass to try to beat Miss St at the end. Also he had 7 carries for 55 yards and 2 TDs in that span. He hasn't looked that good since, and is now a head case.

The overwhelming enthusiasm by the LSU fanbase for Etling is hilarious at best because they've seen this movie before. This place is insane with Etling fever as well as most other sites where LSU fans have at least a slight following.

I said this after the game and I've said it a few times since. These guys can be delusional all they want, they'll come back down to reality soon enough.
