In fairness, we've only played one good defense under O so far.
Bama is #2 in the country in total defense right now and Florida is #3.
Southern Miss is #18, but nobody else we've played since CEO took over is even in the top 70. Everyone else is towards the bottom (Ole Miss #101, Arkansas #77, Mizzou #110) LINK
But if you want a good laugh, Chavis' defense at A&M is ranked #97

I too think UF may be a bit over rated due to inflated stats against some exceptionally poor offenses(they've played 5 at or below #100). However, LSU's O falls in at around #83 and UF's D matches up well against what our offense tries to do. If we win this big it will be because we wore them down in the 4th quarter and we get a few TD's late.

The same could be said of our offensive numbers under O. Almost every defense we've put up good numbers against is ranked really low (USM's rank is respectable). I think at least three are in the triple digit rankings.

I agree. I'll be surprised if their offense can do very much against our defense, so it could give us the chance to gradually wear them down, but I doubt to the extent necessary to run up a big score. We should win, but a blowout seems like too much to ask against this defense.

I think it's likely UF shut's down our rushing attack, and our D will need to keep UF below 13 in order for LSU to win! The good news is LSU's D is as good or better than UF, UF's has no running game or passing game and LSU SHOULD keep UF out of the end zone. I think LSU wins 13-6(2FG's, one will be set up by a turn over deep in LSU territory, the other will be screen pass that gets about 40 yards)
