It's just mid 1990s chat room lingo. I was screwing with Elleshoe.

Be sure to try cajun cuisine here. Seafood gumbo, boudin and Etouffee is a must. With a designated driver, drink fairly heavily before game...you'll fit right in.

To really experience BR, hit up any waffle house or Ihop around midnight after the game. You will have stories to tell your folks back home

Maybe the Super Wal-Mart or any of our fine Dollar Store/General/Tree Locations

Prepare yourself for something you've never seen.

Try hotels on Constitution in BR, maybe they'll have a room available.

On gameday, get a parking spot fairly early, it'll more than likely be a night game so I'd get a parking place around 10-11ish, then walk to the stadium.

Go by Mike's House and say hi. Make sure you see the players and the band walk down the hill. This is a must.

Wear your gear and just walk up to people's tailgates. For the most part, you'll find welcoming and generous people (despite the few that will take shots at you on here). Most will offer you food and drinks.

Also, you're going to get "tiger baited" several times. Take it with a smile and don't be a jerk when it happens, again, most people will tiger bait you and then offer you beers.

You'll want to come back!

As mentioned by others, to experience Louisiana cuisine try Chimes, Parrains, and Sammy's Bar and Grill. Mike Anderson isn't too bad either. If you got some cash to spend go to Juban's.

Where are you staying and how are you getting to the game? You need to figure that out.

If I were you (and I'm from the west) I'd stay in downtown BR at the Hilton or Hotel Indigo. If you want to get into the tailgating then you should rent a car and get their early. By early, I mean 7-9 AM for a night game. You won't be alone.

Eat and drink around Tiger Stadium on game day. See the other recs for the rest of your visit. Unfortunately it's not crawfish season, but plenty to eat.

Do wear your Vandal gear in full force. People are very hospitable to non threatening OOC opponents and respect that you made the trip. Expect some tiger baiting but it's all in good fun. If you're Alabama or Florida it's a much different story.

You really don't know what a/s/l means?

Someone above gave you the A.

TS is if not the biggest stadium you have been in, it will be the loudest! Make sure you are in the stadium for pregame (20 minutes before kickoff). This is something everyone should experience in their lifetime. Try to play along and be friendly, and most people will be very nice. There are some drunken A-holes and don't judge us all by them.

You should suggest something local, like Joe's Crab Shack.
