“Your honor, how can an 18 year old young man be suspended, for two seasons, for considerating of deception on a drug test., yet a grown man in Columbus Ohio gets to keep his job, after systematically sheltering a wife beater.....”

So on and so forth, for the 1st 10 minutes of my opening statement.”

It would be foolish if his team doesn’t reference the hypocrisy of this case in ferference to Fulton.

A grown man, expected to lead a team, can cover up domestic abuse with no NCAA penalty. An 18 year old literally has his future in question, over not using a false sample.

WTF!

Is there a specific NCAA rule Meyer broke that carried a specific penalty?

I agree with your general sentiment. I agree that 2 years is an overly harsh penalty in light other infractions that carry a much shorter penalty. But, I don't know if the two scenarios are comparable.

What OP is trying to say, poorly, is that there is a great hypocrisy in the NCAA sanctioning a kid by way of two full years lost of playing time for a singular, admittedly stupid incident which he never actually followed through with--despite the absolute importance of that playing time and development affecting his future NFL career, if any at this point--when a coach, a LEADER of players and young men, can go unscathed after credible reports of domestic abuse against his wife and likely subsequent suppression of evidence or complaint by force or violence or threat thereof.

Really dog, you really think these two issues will somehow be coupled together in considering of Fulton's situation by NCAA? Dam that's a leap, but if you say so, I guess Fulton's now officially off suspension. What a job brother, keep it up. GTFOH with that bull shite dog.

Yes. There is a rule and federal law he has broken if in fact he did what he is accused of-it’s called “Title IX”.

I get what you’re saying, but I wouldn’t start there. Now if it starts to look like they won’t rule in his favor then I say yea everything is on the table and throw that shite in their face
