Just last year, UAB scored 17, Kent State 13 and Furman 16. LSU tends to take plays off against lesser competition and gives up points.

And? Have we ever let yall score that many?

LSU should require ULL to beat McNeese before they let ULL back in Tiger Stadium.

And what happened in past games has zero bearing on a what would happen in the next matchup. The Cajuns are much improved from the last time the teams played 5 years ago. If fricking Furman could score 16, the Cajuns could do it as well.

The Cajuns have scored 1 touchdown against LSU in the history of the series. ULL avg. less than a point in the series. Have never scored a TD in Tiger stadium. You expect 14 to 17 points to be scored?..LOL, get the frick outta here.

Real teams have a tough time scoring that many points on LSU's D. If any points were to be scored, it would be against the 3rd string guys, in the 4th, when the score is 48-0.

Which means what exactly? It's nothing more than a fun fact for LSU fans to brag about. It has no impact on future matchups. I know how LSU plays against mid majors. Your own playes have admitted to taking plays off. LSU either struggles for half the game or gets up big and the back ups give up points. So yeah I believe they'd score between 10 and 20

Let's not put the cart before the horse...how about scoring a few touchdowns versus LSU. That would be a great start. LOL

LSU' backups hasn't given up a TD either, and I doubt they would.

I'm not convinced the Cajuns could beat Selu next season.

The history of this series says other wise. B/c the ULL players and fans have a history of talking shite before the game. The LSU players hear it all. LSU seems to never take plays off against ULL. So I don't believe ULL would score a single TD. Maybe one on the 3rd string in the 4th, but that's about it.

Well which is it? Basically you're arguing with me over 1 touchdown. I conceded LSU would win around 35 or 38-14 and you still want something to bitch about.

I said maybe, I wanted you to feel better about your team...I guess. I know, as well as many other people, the trend would continue. My final judgment would be 48-3. Now go cry in your corner in fear of the next time the two teams play.

You got me. I thank God every time the schedule comes out and LSU isn't on it. I might just put a bullet through my heart the next time it's announced we'll play.

And yet, even though Furman has done it, y'all never have. Don't get your panties in a bunch.

Seemed like almost everyone was pretty reasonable in that thread.

Yet you want to bring up scores of LSU's other foes as some sort of validation for your argument that ULL would score more?

I think ULL is definitely much improved under Hudspeth, and would likely be a little more competitive in the game. But you can't say LSU fans can't use LSU-ULL game results in an argument whenever you're going to try and counter with LSU-against whomever game results.

This thread is just further proof why ULL and LSU fans can't get along.

LSU's program is on another level of football entirely from ULL. It's not even worth discussing. Nothing to see here, just keep moving along.

Sun Belt athletes.

A VERY far cry from SEC athletes.
