Hell! The Cajuns had to buy their way into the bowl. Western Kentucky has a better record and beat the Cajuns on the field, yet , the Cajuns purchasing power, not on-field performance , will force us to watch a lesser team compete in New Orleans .

I'll just watch the new Orleans bowl for what it is., a bet and the freshman game before the varsity take the field on jan 9

Simple. I transferred to (then) USL, graduated, and attended LSU law. Is it really that hard to figure out. And as to This other prick, Netherlands Boy, "wanna fight, brah?" Enlightening. As a matter of fact, even at my age I'd rather fight than frick, and I really do love to frick. No doubt a butt pirate.

You are a Goober. Your name is the only thing you got right. Just don't post bro.

Because the young men playing for UL are from Louisiana, for the most part. And while I don't need or really want to defend the Cajuns, they did put up. what, 38 on Okie State? They should've beaten Arizona in their last game, not that the Wildcats were very good, they weren't, but still a member of the PAC-12. That was the whole point of my post, and these people who "bleed purple and gold" go ballistic. It's hilarious, but sad at the same time. No doubt most are students, and more's the pity. (Except for the dude from Lake Charles, "la birdman", who no doubt is an enviromental quality control monitor at Dow Chemical. I am and have always been an LSU fan, send TAF money, and go to games home and away, including Atlanta last week. But I still want to se the place from which I rec'd an undergraduate degree do well. (And nsuck on this, youngsters, back in the mid-70's, when then-USL had a QB named Roy Henry, and LSU was getting slapped around annually by Tulane, USL could have given LSU all it wanted. Today? Of course not. Butwe should all pull for the state teams, including UL and La. Tech.
