Not at all, UL has a pretty good atmosphere. I like to compare it as LSU on a smaller level. I have a lot of family and high school friends that go there so I always know a ton of people. I can see how if some random person wearing an LSU shirt could have a crappy expirience though.

I mean, you would think there could be some common courtesy to fans (wearing your school colors, buying a ticket to your game and cheering for your team) to not make the experience totally miserable.....but judging by how you have responded tothis thread and what I saw firsthand, yesterday....that's not possible.
UL will always be the little brother until they grow up and stop making tee shirts about a team they don't even play every year and have never scored on.
It's sad really.

I am from that area and certainly do not have any ill feelings about ULL.... But I can also assure you that LOTS of the ULL people do NOT reciprocate that feeling.... Comparing the two schools (academically and athetically) is like comparing apples and oranges.....NO comparison at all!!! Lol. Do not feel threatened one damned bit.....
