Lets show him how wrong he is.

quote:

"I love playing on the road because it really helps me focus better," Towles said on Tuesday. "If I got a lot of people yelling, I know that, 'Hey, I gotta really focus right now.' So I like it. I hope they get as loud as they can"

quote:

"Hostile environment," UK fullback D.J. Warren said of his last trip to LSU. "It's very, very loud. They have a lot of crazy fans that love their team, as they should."

When asked whether he could recall anything fans screamed at the Cats when they visited there last, Warren smiled.

"I can, but I don't think I can say that," the senior said. "It was a little out of hand. You know once they get that alcohol in them, there's no filter."

This quote is made even funnier since the last time they played here was an 11AM kickoff

I guess not so much bulletin board material than more of a challenge:

Oh god, if it was only still like that....I'd go to games more. It's fricking Sunday school now and fans are little bitches when it comes to drinking and getting rowdy. It's over, by a long shot.

Some of that can be attributed to the President and AD. When they take away all the good songs for cursing, pretty much mellows everyone out. Add in the fact that only 75k go to games...yea, it won't be as good

Sounds like a pretty level-headed kid who's taking it in stride. Looks like Bif Tannin, though.

This is really getting old. Every opponent that comes in here says this. At least the ones who know they are outmatched, anyway.

what is he doing to his eye in that picture? Looks weird

maybe watching on TV you don't get all the real sounds but Tiger Stadium seemed louder in years gone by. Maybe we were more interested in yelling and less dancing around, waving and such silliness.

as far as them censoring the students, LSU fans cannot be censored

Fixed!

Meh, I think it's just that the fans ARE NOT DRUNK Cajuns anymore. End of story. It used to be so damn fun to drink a pint of bourbon in the game and yell funny cuss laden insults to the opposing team, but you simply can't do that anymore. Call it whatever, but it's not even a shadow of how it once was. I'm glad we still have that reputation though.

I do this at every game I go to. I'll be doing it next weekend for Ole Miss.

ETA: And obviously not in the student section
